Where can I book?

Click on the ‘BOOK YOUR STAY’ button located on the top of each page and let us be your key to Dublin.

Why is your website cheaper than everywhere else?

We offer special discounts to all our guest who book directly with us, we also match any price that you find on line for the same bed type and the same date. All you have to do is show us the booking and if we find that rate available we will offer it to you straight away.

What are the Check in and Out Times?

Check in is from 3pm and Check out is 10am.

Is there Late Check out and Early Check in Available?

Late check outs are possible at a cost of €20.00 per bed

Early check ins are possible at a cost of €10.00 per bed

Please check with reception upon your arrival, as both are subject to availability.

Can we check in at any time?

Check is starts at 15:00

We do we have a 24 Hour reception, if you are arriving late it is always best to let us know.

Why Room Types do you have?

Our Dublin hostel offers shared dorms from 6 beds to 20 beds, as well as private 4 bed and 6 bed rooms.

Please contact us if you wish to book the larger dorms as private rooms.

Is there a Curfew?

Our property is accessible 24/7

However we do ask our guests to respect the ‘quiet time’ whilst other guests are sleeping (11.00PM – 7.00AM)

Is Breakfast included?

The hostel currently does not offer breakfast.

Where can I store my bag?

Arrival and Departure of hostel:

We offer free luggage storage upon arrival to the hostel.

A charge of €5.00 to store your luggage after check out

Rooms:

We have cages in every room under the bed for guests, we don not provide a lock for these so we ask you please bring your own.

Whats included in my bed price?

Included in your price is the bed plus the linen duvet pillow, complimentry wifi, common room access and access to the self catering kitchen, towels are €3 per towel.

Is there Bike Storage?

The hostel currently does not have any space for bike storage.

Is there parking?

There is no parking on site at the property, but please contact us for the closest option.

What is the cancellation Policy?

For bookings made directly with us it is 2 full days prior to arrival and the cost if you do not cancel on time is the full price of the reservation, this policy is different if you book througha 3^rd party website like booking.com so please make sure you read their terms and conditions. We can only cancel bookings made directly with us not any other website.

What is a Group?

A group booking consists of 4 or more people and may be subjected to different terms and conditions. For larger group bookings of 8 or more people please contact our groups departments for each hostel

What methods of payments are accepted?

We are a cashless hostel so we accept debit and credit cards only.

Is their a Laundry?

Our hostels offer self-serve laundry facilities, this is open from 09:00 to 21:00

Is there an Age Restriction at the Hostel.

All guests need to provide a valid ID on check in, anyone under 18 cannot stay in a shared dorm, they must stay with an adult in a private room.

What forms of ID are accepted at your property?

Identification accepted at check in time: Passport/ EU Driving license/ EU Nationality ID

*Please note we do not accept PPS Cards, Blue Cards or Age Cards as a form of ID.
