Quotes: The pricing dictated in the Original Quote is applicable for 14 days ONLY. If this timeframe passes and the reservation has NOT been picked up, the Dawson Hostel CANNOT guarantee these prices and you will need to be re-quoted. (No rooms are held)

Provisional Bookings: will be held for 14 days ONLY (You must request a provisional booking if you want the quoted rooms types held in an option). If the booking is not confirmed and/or deposits not received by the end of the 14 days, the accommodation being held WILL be released back into our wider availability pool.

To CONFIRM a booking: A 25% non-refundable deposit MUST be paid

Group bookings made with an arrival of less than 4 weeks must pay full amount on Confirmation. This applies to 3rd party booking sites also (I.E. Booking.com /Hostelworld.com)

PAYMENTS: All final payments must be made 4 weeks (28 days)  prior to arrival, if not paid in full the booking may be cancelled & any deposits paid will be lost in full.

CANCELLATIONS:

• If a Group Reservation is cancelled within 28 days of the scheduled arrival 100% of the booking cost will be kept
• If a Group Reservation is cancelled outside of the 28 days, the 25% non-refundable deposit will be kept
• If you have made a Group booking on any third-party website (Booking.com / Hostelworld.com) the above terms and conditions will still apply.

(Please note: Our Groups terms and conditions are written in the fine print of all the third-party website, so standard third party 48 hour cancellation options will NOT apply to your group. If you modify your booking after receiving these conditions, please note we will still treat it as a group booking and the above conditions will still apply)

MODIFICATIONS:

• Your booking remains modifiable up until the final payment is taken. Once final payment has been taken no further modifications will be accepted.
• If you have booked via a third party website using a ‘Non-Refundable’ rate, no modifications will be permitted.

Exact Rooming Lists: Will only be available after final payment has been taken

INHOUSE RULES

• A Security Deposit is required upon check in. The amount will vary according to Group Size. (Min: €200// Max: €400)
• One ‘leader’ needs to be nominated as the hostels main contact. This person will be asked to complete a Code of Conduct form on behalf of the Group and pay the above mentioned security deposit (Security Deposits are paid by credit/ debit card pre-authorisations only)

(This deposit is 100% refundable upon check out as long as the Code of Conduct has been followed and the building has not sustained any structural damage at the hands of your Group)

• NO SMOKING is permitted inside the hostel (€150.00 fine)
• NO DRINKING in the bedrooms
• The property has NO curfew – however you will be expected to respect the ‘Quiet Period’ between 11.00PM and 8.00AM daily
• Only residents are allowed within the property. Sneaking non-guests in will result in eviction with no refund
• Security Passes must be shown upon request
• Hostel Staff will have full authority to remove any troublesome group members from the hostel. In this event there is no possibility of any refund.
