Before You Drop Your Bags…

We’re all about good vibes, comfy stays, and making memories…the legal kind. To keep things smooth, safe, and friendly for everyone, we’ve put together a few house rules. Nothing too wild, just the usual stuff that helps everyone get along.

Take a quick read, play nice, and we’ll all get along famously.

• No smoking or illegal substances anywhere on the property. Breaking this rule comes with a €100 fine, and that’s no fun for anyone.

• This is an alcohol-free space. That means no drinking or storing alcohol in rooms or common areas.

• Quiet hours run from 23:00 to 08:00. If you’re a night owl, feel free to use the common room and keep noise to a minimum in the corridors and outside areas.

• Treat fellow guests and staff with respect. We have zero tolerance for abusive or aggressive behavior.

• Please enjoy your snacks in the kitchen — no food or drinks in the rooms, to keep things fresh and clean.

• Only registered guests are allowed beyond reception and the lobby. One bed per guest — sorry, no sneaky sleepovers.

• If you use the kitchen, please wash, dry, and put away anything you use. Kitchen gear stays in the kitchen.

• Don’t mess with fire or safety equipment. It’s there to keep everyone safe.

• Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on your departure day. We’ll miss you, but we do need to get things ready for the next guests.

• Any damages (including seriously messy bedding or carpets) may result in charges of up to €200.

• Take a moment to check the fire evacuation plan on your door. If the alarm goes off, follow the plan and head to the nearest assembly point.
